Built Around Your Business
Distributor: Plan a repeatable model range, demonstration units, branded packaging and a practical spare-parts and customer-support arrangement.
Importer: Define the destination market, model documentation, labeling, power configuration, shipment scope and receiving requirements.
System Integrator: Match the display to room equipment, software, connectivity, mounting and project acceptance criteria.
Brand Owner: Prepare your visual identity, target specification, approved sample and configuration controls for repeat orders.
OEM Services
Use the options below to prepare your customization brief. Availability, engineering scope, minimum order quantity, development charges and lead time are confirmed for the selected model and project before sample approval.
Branding, Firmware & UI
Logo: Define logo artwork, placement, product markings and startup branding requirements.
Firmware: Specify required behavior, approved versions and the update and recovery arrangements to be evaluated.
UI: Discuss launcher layout, menu language, shortcuts and user access needs; confirm feasibility through a sample demonstration.
Packaging: Prepare carton artwork, labels, manuals, accessory lists and protection requirements for your distribution route.
Housing, Touch & Computing
Housing: Review enclosure appearance, color, interfaces and mechanical changes. Tooling and structural modifications require a separate engineering assessment.
Touch configuration: Define writing and interaction requirements, touch technology, input methods and compatibility tests for the selected panel.
Android: Agree the required hardware and software configuration, app compatibility and deployment settings. Verify requested services and licenses with the proposed model.
Windows OPS: Specify the required computing performance, memory, storage, operating-system licensing and compatibility with the display.
Camera, Microphone & Installation Accessories
Camera: Define room coverage, placement and compatibility with the intended conferencing workflow.
Microphone: Specify pickup needs, room conditions and audio integration; evaluate performance in a representative room.
Stand: Select a mobile or fixed arrangement around display weight, mounting compatibility, movement and installation requirements.
Accessories: Agree pens, remote controls, cables, adapters and other items in the approved packing list.
OEM or ODM: Define the Development Scope
For an OEM project, start with an existing interactive flat panel platform and agree the branding and configuration changes. For an ODM enquiry involving a different housing, interface layout or integrated feature set, submit a product brief for feasibility review. Record engineering deliverables, tooling arrangements, design ownership and acceptance criteria in the project agreement.
Requirement: Share your target market, customer type, screen sizes, quantities, software needs, customization list and intended delivery schedule.
Design: Review the proposed configuration, artwork, mechanical or software changes and project scope. Confirm costs and responsibilities.
Sample: Prepare the agreed sample configuration and record model identification, hardware, software versions and included accessories.
Testing: Evaluate display, touch, software, connections and peripherals against agreed acceptance criteria. Review destination-market documentation and resolve sample changes before approval.
Production: Release the approved specification and packing requirements. Agree how any component or software substitutions will be reviewed.
QC: Define the inspection checklist, sampling or inspection scope, acceptance criteria and records required before shipment.
Shipment: Confirm quantities, packing list, labels, shipping documents, delivery terms and the receiving contact. Record support contacts and warranty arrangements for handover.
