Interactive Display Supplier Thailand
Build a Thailand display specification around teaching, office collaboration or training needs and the intended Thai-language workflow. OKVIEW can discuss a China-origin configuration, but the importer and project team should approve model details, documentation and installation responsibilities before shipment.

220V / 50Hz and site power
The Tourism Authority of Thailand describes domestic supply as 220V, 50Hz. Check the selected display’s rated input against the site supply, and specify a suitable grounded cord set. Socket appearance is not a substitute for checking grounding and electrical compatibility. Review power and network access at the proposed mounting location.
NBTC and product-standard assessment
Ask the Thai importer to determine the applicable NBTC route for the actual Wi-Fi/Bluetooth configuration. NBTC provides an SDoC service, but the applicable procedure must be established for the equipment. Separately check relevant TISI product requirements against the exact display and power components; the TISI standards service is an official reference.
Thai teaching and office software
Test Thai fonts, keyboard input, mixed Thai/English documents and exported annotations. A translated menu does not prove handwriting recognition or application compatibility. Run a lesson or meeting with the customer’s own files and devices. Compare 65 inches for closer viewing with 75 and 86 inches where room measurements support the larger options.

Delivery beyond the receiving hub
Provide the province, district, postcode and installation address. Ask for the quoted route, delivery endpoint and inland handling charges to be stated clearly. For provincial, island or multi-campus deliveries, confirm additional transport legs and a named receiving contact. Check packed dimensions against stairs, lifts and classroom entrances before booking delivery.
Distributor and integrator handover
Agree whether user instructions and setup guidance are required in Thai. For OEM orders, approve the branding and software image used for the sample. Record warranty coverage, how faults will be reported, language needs for support and who handles local service visits and freight. Discuss humidity, ventilation and storage conditions for the actual site without assuming every model supports every environment.
