Interactive Display Supplier UK

For a UK school, office or audiovisual integration project, specify the destination territory as well as the screen size. OKVIEW can discuss a China-origin supply configuration for your project; product conformity, importer responsibilities and local installation must be resolved for the exact order.

Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Great Britain means England, Scotland and Wales. The UK government’s market-placement guidance explains continued recognition of CE marking for a range of regulations alongside UKCA routes. Northern Ireland follows a different framework. Identify the destination and applicable electrical-safety, EMC, radio and other requirements before approving labels or declarations; do not assume one marking statement answers every UK order.

230V / 50Hz and the installation package

UK low-voltage supply is nominally 230V, 50Hz. Confirm the rated input, suitable UK cord set and the electrical requirements of included computers and accessories. The supply values are set out in the Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations. Have the installer assess the mounting location, outlet access and cable management.

Classroom readability and meeting workflows

Compare 65-, 75- and 86-inch panels with your actual lesson or presentation files. In a classroom, check side seating, daylight and writing height. In an office, demonstrate visitor-laptop connections and the complete hybrid-meeting workflow. Ask IT to assess software licensing, account sign-out and update responsibilities before standardizing a model.

Delivery to the site, not just the port

Give the full postcode, floor, lift dimensions and receiving restrictions. Specify whether the quotation ends at a port, warehouse or installation site. Agree unloading, unpacking, packaging removal and the installation date separately. For multi-site orders, request site-by-site labels and packing lists to reduce redistribution work.

Warranty, handover and repeat orders

Ask for written warranty terms, the fault-reporting route and responsibility for on-site labor and transport. Keep the approved hardware and software record for replacements. For OEM or reseller orders, agree packaging, documentation and who handles the end customer’s first support contact. A hardware warranty should not be confused with an installer maintenance contract.
