Interactive Flat Panel Supplier for USA
Plan a US education, meeting-room or reseller order with OKVIEW, a China-based interactive display manufacturer and OEM partner. Build the order around an approved model and a documented US configuration, including electrical input, radio functions, labeling and delivery responsibilities.

120V / 60Hz: clarify a “110V” enquiry
US buyers often describe equipment as 110V. For project planning, check compatibility with the site’s nominal 120V, 60Hz supply and the exact display nameplate. Confirm the grounded cord set and supplied peripherals separately; a plug adapter alone does not establish voltage compatibility. See the US Department of Energy supply overview.
UL, other NRTL marks and FCC are different checks
If a school, workplace or tender specifies a safety listing, request the certification record for the exact finished model and verify it with the issuing laboratory. UL is one possible certification organization; OSHA explains the broader NRTL framework. Do not treat a component certificate as proof that the entire display is listed.
Separately, establish the applicable FCC authorization route for the display and its Wi-Fi/Bluetooth configuration. Request the relevant reports, identifiers and compliance information. The FCC importation guidance is a starting point for the responsible importer.
Education, distributors and OEM selection
Compare 65-, 75- and 86-inch options using real lesson files, room measurements and district IT requirements. For an OEM range, agree branding, packaging, software configuration and approved replacement components before sample approval. These sizes are comparison options, not a claim about US market share.

Shipping to USA and reseller receiving
Provide the state, ZIP code and delivery type: school, commercial dock, warehouse or fulfillment center. Ask for separate equipment and freight quotations, packed dimensions, unloading requirements and the named importer. Confirm any appointment, liftgate, storage and final-mile charges. For Amazon or another marketplace, obtain its current listing, compliance, labeling and receiving requirements for the exact product before shipment; marketplace acceptance is not included by implication.
Warranty and returns
Agree the warranty period, covered parts, initial damage-reporting process, return location and responsibility for freight and on-site labor. Distributors should define who handles first-line customer support and whether spare units or parts are required for their service plan. Ask for US-specific terms in writing before approving the order.
