Interactive Display for Meeting Room
Select an interactive flat panel for team meetings, training sessions and collaborative presentations. OKVIEW supports distributor, system-integrator and commercial project enquiries.
Design around the meeting workflow
Consider how a meeting starts, how guests connect and how participants switch between presenting and writing. Confirm screen-sharing compatibility and software requirements with the chosen model rather than assuming every device connects in the same way.
Plan the room and its connections
- Choose a screen size using the furthest seat and the type of documents normally shared.
- Allow presenters to reach touch controls without blocking the audience’s view.
- Agree power, network and cable-routing requirements with your integrator.
- For hybrid meetings, specify the conferencing platform and confirm the camera, microphone and computer configuration separately.
Standardize a multi-room deployment
For office projects, document the room types, display quantities, required accessories and handover responsibilities. A consistent configuration can make user guidance and future reordering easier.
16 Premium Series: Business Collaboration Reference
View the 16P Series product page, video and configuration options.
OKView’s 16P business-series materials illustrate presentations, touch writing, wireless sharing and optional conferencing equipment. These examples refer to this series; request current model specifications before ordering.

Present, Annotate and Share Meeting Notes
The 16P series describes pen or finger writing, zooming, dragging and hand erasing, with modes for individual and multi-user writing. QR-code file sharing provides a way to take meeting documents away on a personal device. Check the selected whiteboard software and your organisation’s file-sharing policy.
Wireless Presentations and Hybrid Meetings
The series materials describe wireless sharing from compatible computers, tablets and phones, including up to four simultaneous screen views with its sharing software. Test your actual devices, operating systems and network; this capability is configuration-specific.
Camera and microphone options must be specified separately. An optional Windows OPS computer can support business applications, subject to software and licence requirements. Provide your conferencing platform so the complete setup can be reviewed.

Optional Accessories for Your Installation
Confirm the exact panel model, mount compatibility and included accessories in your quotation. OPS computers, mobile stands and wireless dongles are configuration options.
