Interactive Whiteboard Supplier Australia

Prepare an Australian classroom or business whiteboard project with a configuration that your importer, installer and IT team can assess together. OKVIEW is based in China; request a destination-specific supply proposal rather than assuming local stock, installation or service is included.

Australian power and cord set

Plan around nominal 230V, 50Hz supply, as described by the Australian Energy Market Commission. Confirm the selected display’s rated input and an appropriate Australian cord set, including the mount or mobile stand’s cable routing. Check any OPS computer and audiovisual accessories as part of the same package.

RCM and the responsible supplier

Ask the Australian importer to identify its responsible-supplier obligations and the applicable EMC, radio and electrical-safety requirements. ACMA sets out supplier registration and RCM labeling steps. Confirm whether EESS requirements apply to the product and supply arrangement. A CE report alone is not evidence that all Australian obligations have been met.

School and training-room evaluation

Test a representative lesson with the school’s devices, accounts and network. Compare 65, 75 and 86 inches according to the furthest seat and teacher reach, rather than assigning a size from room capacity alone. For multi-campus procurement, record the approved software version and decide who manages updates and user handover.

Metro and regional delivery planning

Include the delivery postcode and whether the destination is metro, regional or remote. Request freight scope to the actual receiving address rather than comparing port-only prices. Identify unloading equipment, door and lift access, storage before installation and responsibility for unpacking. For school projects, agree a delivery window with the receiving staff and installer.

OEM and support arrangements

For a distributor-branded range, confirm artwork, English documentation, serial-number records and configuration consistency. Agree warranty coverage and the service process separately from any consumer-law obligations applicable to the transaction. Ask whether support is remote, parts-based or locally arranged, and who pays removal, reinstallation and return freight.

Information for an Australian quotation

Send quantity by campus, postcode, proposed screen sizes, software requirements, installer details and the importer’s documentation checklist. Request a sample configuration and itemized pricing before committing to the full rollout.
