These real installation photographs show meeting room display applications in different room layouts: a screen on a wheeled stand facing rows of chairs, a single display at the end of a conference table, and two screens mounted side by side. Together, they provide practical visual references for planning display placement in meeting spaces.
A Mobile Display Facing Rows of Chairs

The first photograph shows a powered-on display on a wheeled floor stand. Chairs face the screen, with an aisle between the seating rows. The stand provides a floor-supported arrangement without placing the display on the conference table.
For a similar layout, check sightlines from the back row, access around the stand and a cable route that keeps walkways clear. Confirm that the stand is suitable for the selected display before ordering.
A Single Screen at the End of a Conference Table

The second photograph shows a display facing the length of a conference table. Seating is arranged along both sides, and the screen’s home interface is visible. This arrangement provides a reference for locating a shared screen at one end of a meeting space.
When specifying a comparable room, consider the distance from the farthest seat, viewing angles from side seats and the space needed for a presenter to reach the display.
Two Screens Mounted Side by Side

The third photograph shows two screens mounted next to each other on the front wall, with a conference table and chairs facing them. Both screens are powered on. The photograph documents their physical placement; it does not establish how their inputs or software are configured.
For a new two-screen installation, specify whether each screen needs a separate source or whether the same content should appear on both. Confirm the required connections and software with the proposed equipment configuration.
A Front Display in a U-Shaped Conference Room

The open central aisle leaves space in front of the display for a presenter. When planning this layout, check sightlines from both sides of the table and allow room to approach the screen for writing.
Desk terminals and other meeting equipment should be included in the connection plan. Confirm display inputs and the required meeting software for the selected configuration.
