Smart Board Supplier Saudi Arabia

Plan a Saudi smart board order around the importer’s product classification, classroom or meeting workflow and delivery destination. OKVIEW is a China-based supplier; confirm the approved model and Saudi documentation requirements before treating a sample or quotation as ready for import.

230V / 60Hz: check frequency as well as voltage

SASO describes the transition to 230/400V supply, while the Saudi grid code specifies 60Hz. Confirm the actual installation supply, suitable cord set and rated frequency for the display and peripherals. Do not select a Saudi configuration by copying a 50Hz market specification.

SABER documentation before shipment

Ask the Saudi importer to establish the product classification and applicable technical regulations, then confirm the product and shipment documentation required through SABER. The government’s shipment-certificate service describes the consignment step. Agree who supplies test reports, labels and model information, and who completes the importer-side process. Wireless functions require a separate assessment against applicable communications requirements.

Arabic classroom and training workflows

Demonstrate Arabic and English typing, right-to-left documents, annotation and note export using actual course material. For enterprise training, include the intended conferencing and presentation software. Compare 65, 75 and 86 inches through sightline and writing-height tests; larger formats should be selected only after checking room access and installation drawings.

Shipping to the actual project location

Specify the receiving city and site rather than requesting a single nationwide delivery price. A proposal for Riyadh, Jeddah or another destination should identify the chosen arrival point, inland transport, unloading and storage responsibilities. Provide receiving hours, loading access and the requested installation sequence for multi-site projects.

OEM and after-sales planning

Approve logo placement, bilingual documentation and packaging before the bulk order. Record the exact system version and accessories for replacements. Agree warranty duration, excluded conditions, parts availability, remote troubleshooting and the party responsible for local repairs or returns. Do not assume installation labor or a local replacement stock is part of a screen quotation.

Request a project quotation

Compare OKVIEW interactive flat panel sizes and configurations and display applications. Send your screen sizes, quantities, software requirements and final delivery location. Ask for the exact model documentation, agreed delivery scope and written warranty terms with your quotation.
